My morning Oatmeal is one of my favorite meals of the day!!!! I take 1/3 cup (DRY) 1-minute Quaker Oats, add 1 tbsp Blackberry-Flavored Flax Oil, a tsp of Ground Cinnamon and a little water-- I dont like runny Oats-- I put it in the microwave for 1.5 min and I have an awesome start to my day! To me, its the only meal- added with my eggs- that keeps me the fullest the longest!!! Don't skip out-- it is a TREAT!!!
